SUMMER FARE

We make all of our salads, vinaigrettes, small-bites, spreads, pickles, chutneys, jams, spiced & sugared nuts, crackers & flat breads, salads, desserts & drinks in-house & from scratch. We use local ingredients whenever possible. Our grazing tables allow guests multiple servings, our drinks are self-serve and refilled throughout the event.

Prices include set-up, clean-up, on-site kitchen set-up, cooks and servers, as well as our magazine worthy cheese board table, artisan made bowls, platters, jars & serveware.

Fresh blackberry  jam

Utah raw honey & flakey Maldon salt grass-fed butter

Goat cheese mousse with local raspberries, nigella seeds & edible summer flowers

Summer basil pesto

25% deposit to save the date, menu planning & food ordering (non-refundable but transferable depending on circumstance)

50% payment/ 1 week prior event (non-refundable but transferable depending on circumstance)

25% payment/ 3 days prior to event (non-refundable)
